Return and Refund Policy
All purchases made through INNJU are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances where a refund is expressly approved by INNJU.
However, you can return and exchange the products if you received the wrong items or damaged items.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
– The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days after the item is received. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt)
– You have proof of purchase. (order invoice or receipt)
– Item(s) must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging, and gifts received with it.
– All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
– Ensure the product has no smell. (such as perfume, smoke, soap, etc)
– Item(s) must be returned in suitable packaging to protect the product from damage during return delivery.
